Return policy:

Customers can return books within 48 hours from receiving them, with a complete refund provided that books are in the same state as delivered. In this case the customer shall pay for shipping only.

Replacement Policy:

In case there are defects in the books either manufacturing defects or delivery defects, Alia replaces the shipment with a new one with no extra payments (neither for the book or shipping).

In case the customer asks for replacement of a title or more with no reason, this would be within 48 hours. In this case the customer will be asked to pay for any price discrepancies and payment of shipping and delivery cost.
